Manage Subscriptions
Only the workspace owner and admins can manage the workspace’s subscription in Settings > Billing.- View subscription details: see your current plan, usage, and billing history, or download invoices.
- Upgrade: click Upgrade and choose a higher plan. It takes effect immediately, once you pay the difference for the rest of the current billing period.
- Downgrade: click Manage to open the Stripe billing portal, then click Update subscription and choose a lower plan. It takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle; you keep your current plan until then.
- Cancel or update billing: click Manage to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel the subscription or change the payment method. After cancellation, the workspace keeps its current plan until the end of the paid period, then returns to the free Sandbox plan.
Dify for Education
Students, teachers, and educational staff can verify their educational affiliation to use the Yearly Professional plan for free. Re-verification is required annually.Prerequisites

- Current student, teacher, or educational staff member
- School-issued educational email (e.g.,
.edu)
Steps
Create Account
Register at cloud.dify.ai with your educational email.
Apply for Verification
Go to Settings > Billing > Get Education Verified, then enter your school’s full name and select your role. The result appears immediately.
Apply Discount to Workspace

After approval, select the workspace you want to use the education discount with, then click Use education discount.
You’ll be redirected to checkout with the Yearly Professional Plan and discount pre-applied.
The education discount only applies to the Yearly Professional plan.
- Complete payment to activate the subscription.
